For bacon lovers, nothing is worse than making a sandwich and NOT having bacon in every single bite. This food/life/everything hack is going to save your sanity.
First, lets all just take a moment to admire how beautiful this slab of bacon looks before we turn it into something magical.
You’re gonna want to start by cutting the slab of bacon in half.
You’re on your way to bacon paradise.
Then, you’ll want to weave the strips so they look like a checkerboard of bacon!
OH MY GAWD.
Now it’s time to put these cute little bacon squares into the oven for a bit. You should cover them up with some sort of rack to keep them flat.
You’ll want to bake them for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. And obviously if you want it really crispy, cook ‘em for longer.
