Ingredients
- 1 C mayo
- 1/2 C sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, diced finely
- Sprinkle of salt
- 1/4 C parsley, minced finely
- 2 T dill, minced finely
- 1 T chives, minced finely
- 1 t Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 t white wine vinegar
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 C buttermilk (or 2 T buttermilk powder and 1/2 C milk)

Directions

- Mix the mayo and sour cream. Set aside.
- Sprinkle the garlic with salt. Mash with a fork or the edge of a sharp knife. Add to the sour cream.
- Add the remaining ingredients, except the buttermilk, and whisk.
- Add buttermilk a little at a time to achieve the desired consistency.
- Place in a sealed container and refrigerate at least 4 hours to let the flavors meld.
- Use over salads, vegetables, and as a dip.
