How to make BLT Macaroni Salad


So it’s summer? Those long, warm days when we love to call our friends over and have some great BBQ sessions in our backyard? Great!

I’m one of those people who love to impress, so I’ve tried a lot of things to make it happen. But I like to do it through cooking, so I do put in some effort in looking out for any new recipes being thrown my way. So it happened that when I came across this, I knew my summer was changing.

You need these:

Elbow macaroni – 16 oz.

Rice vinegar- 3 Tbsp.

Bacon strips – 8

A cup of chopped baby spinach.

Mayonnaise – ¾ cup.

Black pepper (ground) – 1 ½ Tbsp.

Salt – 1 Tbsp.

Sour cream – ¼ cup.

Tomato (seeded and diced)–1 cup.

Now do it!

Cook the macaroni.

Drain it.

Put in the spinach, pepper, rice vinegar, tomatoes, mayonnaise, cream and salt.

Cook the bacon till it gets crispy and crumbles to pieces.

Add it to all the other ingredients and macaroni and toss it until well combined.

Cover and put in the refrigerator until it’s ready to serve.

As simple as that!
