Orange Creamsicle Pie
Shortbread pie crust
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 can orange juice concentrate (or 1 small can)
Small tub of Cool Whip
Beat cream cheese & powdered sugar til fluffy. Beat in condensed milk & OJ concentrate. Stir in cool whip. (I added a lil orange food coloring too.)
Pour into shell. Cover & freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Take out of freezer about 10 minutes before serving. Top with whipped cream before serving.
This pie can be made with limeade, lemonade, orange/pineapple juice, or pink lemonade concentrates too.
